How the Custom Itinerary Process Works:
Select the Date for Initial Contact
When you place your order, you'll select a date when our team will reach out to begin working on your itinerary. This ensures we align with your travel planning timeline.
Draft Route Plan Shared via WhatsApp
On Day 1, we’ll send you a draft route plan via WhatsApp. This will include multiple destination options and activities for each day of your trip (this is not the final itinerary). It’s designed to help you get a sense of the potential travel routes and sights, and give you options to choose from.
Free 1-Hour Call to Finalize Destination
If you want assistance in narrowing down your destinations or need more information, we offer a free 1-hour call after the draft route is shared. During the call, we’ll discuss the options, clarify your preferences, and help finalize the best route and destinations for your trip.
Flight & Stay Options Sent
Once you confirm your preferred route and destinations, we’ll send you flight options and accommodation recommendations by the end of the next day. If you are not planning to book immediately or are traveling later, we will also send you the final itinerary along with the flight and stay options for your reference.
First Draft of the Detailed Itinerary
After finalizing the destinations, the first detailed draft of your itinerary will be shared within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). This draft will include:
- A detailed day-by-day itinerary
- Accommodation details with booking links
- Suggested restaurants with Google Maps links
- Transportation recommendations
- Sightseeing suggestions with timings and practical details

Destination Change Policy
Once your destinations are finalized, we do not allow unlimited changes, as it would require creating a new itinerary. However, we offer one-time destination change for a fee of INR 2999 + GST. This option gives you the flexibility to make adjustments if needed after the route is confirmed.
Two Iterations on the First Draft
After we share the first draft of the itinerary, you have the option to make up to two iterations. These changes can be made to:
- Accommodation options
- Restaurant recommendations
- Sightseeing activities
Please note that changes to the cities themselves are not allowed once the itinerary is finalized.
Free 1-Hour Call After the First Draft
Once the first draft is shared, we offer another free 1-hour call to walk you through the itinerary, clarify any points, and answer any questions. We want to make sure you feel confident and excited about your trip!

Even after the itinerary is finalized, we're available to assist you with any questions before and during your trip. Our team is available on WhatsApp during working hours to provide any support you need.
