We thank you and appreciate your purchase with us. Please read the policy, conditions and process carefully as they will give you important information and guidelines about your rights and obligations as our customer, concerning any purchase you make through us. The policy concerning the processing of the refund, shall be following the clauses as set forth: 

Processing Refunds 


The Company provides refunds to the customers only if requested within the first 24 hours of the purchase(applicable to first order only) of a premade itinerary and not on general cases but on extraordinary cases where You have bought the same service multiple times, the company shall provide refunds to the customers (Only available to pre made itineraries). The company shall have sole discretionary rights on a case by case basis whether refunds on services availed through Us. 

If the Company decides to provide refunds for the services availed through Us it shall be processed within 24-48 hours from the side of the Company, the third party payment gateways shall take 3-5 days to remit the same into the customer’s account. 

The Company shall also not provide refunds if You want to alter the type of service availed from Us, it may adjust the same with the existing amount remitted to Us. The Company reserves discretionary deciding powers for the same. 

If an itinerary PDF becomes corrupted or requires replacement during the normal course of use, You can download it again from your order notification email or reach out to Us on via Whatsapp (+91-9873395006) along with your Order ID and the Company on a case to case basis shall decided whether a new itinerary shall be provide to You. 


As a customer You do not have a right of cancellation on general grounds the company shall on extraordinary grounds on a case by case basis have discretionary powers to decide.

Further, while all measures are taken to ensure accuracy of service specifications and pricing, the details of the product as reflected on the platform may be inaccurate due to technical issues, typographical errors or incorrect service information provided to the Company by the Interviewer and in such an event you shall be notified as soon as such error comes to the notice of the Company.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel any Bookings placed by them in future.
